1. Information We Access

ListenLine connects to your Spotify account to read listening activity, saved tracks, and basic account identifiers (such as your Spotify user ID) so the app can show your history timeline.

ListenLine accesses your Spotify account data (such as recently played tracks) only with your permission and solely to provide timeline features within the service. ListenLine is not affiliated with Spotify.

2. How We Use Data

We use your Spotify data to power timeline views, filtering, and memory-lane experiences. Data is used only to provide core app features and maintain your account session.

3. Data Storage

ListenLine stores Spotify authentication tokens and listening data securely on our servers so we can keep you logged in and automatically update your listening timeline. Data is retained only while your account is active, required for the service, or until you request deletion.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect stored data from unauthorised access or loss.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared only with trusted service providers needed to run the app (such as hosting, authentication, storage, or analytics providers). These providers may process data in the UK, EU, or other jurisdictions as required to operate the service.

5. Your Choices

You can stop data access at any time by disconnecting the app in your Spotify account settings and discontinuing use of ListenLine. You may also contact us to request deletion of your stored data.
